ever since i was a child, i've always been inspired by the arts. i became obsessed over creating anything that resonated with others just like other artists have done for me.

for years, i often asked myself:

although i spent countless hours, weeks, and years of studying the art of music and filmmaking, i came to realize that i was quickly drifting away from what being an artist truly meant. ​

in pursuit of finding answers, i moved out on my own for the first time. it was scary, but quickly became the most eye-opening experience i've felt. i was given the opportunity to meet other talented artists, many of which gave me a new worldview on what art truly means:

art isn't just about making something beautiful, it's also about writing the history of humanity itself. all of the stories we create and express through art are relevant to it's time. our songs, movies, paintings, murals, architectural buildings, every single piece of art represents a moment in time that reflects humanity.

only then did i understand that although i can take thousands of photos that are clean, professional, and beautiful.. the only photos that mattered were the moments that held significance- and the person who took it.​

as a photo/videographer, it's my responsibility to not only capture those moments that happen in our lives, but also pay attention and utilize subtle context cues to create that "once in a lifetime" moment.

after years of perfecting my craft, i am not only honored to create life-changing experiences for others, but also create life-long bonds through the blood, sweat, and tears that comes with the making of the arts.
